We produce various types of mixers for different industries according to the need of our customers. We have a lot of experience in making mixers for different applications. Our mixers are used for example to mix various liquids in the enzyme industry and in the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals.
If needed, we can simulate the mixing result before starting the manufacturing with our own calculation software. This allows us, together with the customer, to consider how to optimize the mixing result. We have also used the simulation tool to further develop existing mixers when a customer’s product or need for mixing has changed in the tank.
All the parts touching the product can be made from stainless steel EN 1.4307 ranging up to Hastelloy C22. We design CIP spray head placements to ensure good cleanability throughout the entire tank. We have also developed our own spray head to wash the underside of blades to avoid spray shadows, which results in excellent cleanability.
Tankki Oy has a full capability to design and supply also control units together with mixer tank deliveries. We have also implemented different control units to demanding ATEX environments. Read more about this from an article written by our expert.
